would systematize a joint activity of schools for improvement of
the quality of education of the North indigenous peoples. or that
purpose we propose to create an interregional network of schools
for children of indigenous peoples, realizing a program of joint
activity on study of culture and languages of ethnic belonging
using modern technologies of the distance education and exchange
of experience.
We propose our school – State general education institution
“Experimental boarding school “The Arctic” with profound study
of humanitarian and cultural subjects as the center of realization of
the given project.
“The Arctic” school is a common educational school where
140 children from Arctic regions and places of compact living
of indigenous peoples of the RS (Y) North and the R subjects
(Amurskaya oblast, Chitinskaya oblast, Khabarovskiy kray, the
Republic of Buryatia) study. Educational program of the school
is directed to sustainable development of languages and cultures.
There is a special resource educational humanitarian cultural
ethnocenter in the school provided by all educational methodic
conditions for successful study of native languages and culture. It
got a grant from the R President as the best innovational project.
“The Arctic” school is located in Neryungry, in 5 km from
the city, it has a convenient geographical and transport scheme
(presence of a railway allows holding of stationary forms) and also
a good infrastructure. The territory of the school is 6 hectars of
land.
The following implementations upon realization of the project
are proposed:
1. Development of materials for web-site – materials from the
resource center’s fund of “the Arctic school” and teaching materials
on native language and national culture. The site will contain:
tutorial programs, modules, courses, information about participants
of the educational network. There also will be dictionaries with
regional dialects, mini-encyclopedias: 1) Art and secrets of the
North peoples’ craft 2) Activists of art and science, outstanding
people of my nation. The developed material will be distributed
