ICT implementation in different parts of the Republic
Special methods and ICTs used in our Republic.
Universities of the republic use E- portfolios that could be
Learning and Teaching portfolios.
They are used for:
1. To follow an aim
2. To demonstrate competences, attitudes, acquired
knowledge
3. Author’s progress over a period of time.
The Turkish Lyceum “Orizont” are widely using the Smart
boards, and their results speak for themselves.
The Economy Studies Academy is using Video Conferences.
The “Ion Creanga” lyceum is implementing a project named
“We appreciate the intelligence”, sponsored by a local internet
providing company STARNET. We are giving the pupil’s grades
on internet, but we also have registers.
• Learning is a consequence of thinking, and good thinking
is learnable by all students.
• Learning should include deep understanding, which involves
flexible, active use of knowledge.
•
Schools must examine carefully what disciplinary and
interdisciplinary content will most benefit students. Identifying and
structuring content which has the greatest potential for students’
