(57) Abstract :<br />

An object <strong>of</strong> the present invention is to provide a non-oriented electrical steel sheet having high magnetic flux density which,<br />

when a rotor material <strong>and</strong> a stator material are collected from the same steel sheet there<strong>of</strong>, can attain satisfactorily high magnetic<br />

flux density <strong>and</strong> satisfactorily high strength in the rotor material <strong>and</strong> also attain satisfactorily high magnetic flux density <strong>and</strong><br />

satisfactorily low iron loss in the stator material. Another object <strong>of</strong> the present invention is to provide members for a motor by<br />

using the non-oriented electrical steel sheet. Specifically, the present invention provides a non-oriented electrical steel sheet for a<br />

motor, comprising a component composition including in mass%: Si: 0.1% to 1.2%; Mn: 0.005% to 0.30%; C: 0.0050 % or less;<br />

Solute Al: 0.0004 % or less; N: 0.0025 % or less; S: 0.0030 % or less; <strong>and</strong> the remainder as Fe <strong>and</strong> incidental impurities, wherein<br />

the average recrystallized grain diameter (D) <strong>of</strong> the steel sheet subjected to final annealing is in the range <strong>of</strong> 6 mm to 25 mm,<br />

number per unit <strong>of</strong> continuous non-metallic inclusions with grain growth inhibition dispersed in the steel sheet is 1000/cm2 or<br />

less, <strong>and</strong> magnetic flux density B1 is equal to or larger than 0.8T <strong>and</strong> magnetic flux density B50 is equal to or larger than 1.7T.<br />
