(57) Abstract :<br />

Disclosed is a modified propylene polymer excellent in the balance between melt tension <strong>and</strong> flowability, the modified propylene<br />

polymer being obtainable by reacting 100 parts by weight <strong>of</strong> a propylene polymers (A) , from 0 .1 to 50 parts by weight <strong>of</strong> an<br />

ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing compounds (B) , <strong>and</strong> from 0.01 to 20 parts by weight <strong>of</strong> an organic peroxide (C) ,<br />

wherein a melt flow rate measured at 230°C under a load <strong>of</strong> 2.16 kg <strong>and</strong> a melt tension measured at 190°C satisfy the following<br />

formula (1):<br />
