A wireless integrated device incorporating optic acoustic sensor for monitoring partial discharges in transformers, gas insulated<br />

substations, faults <strong>and</strong> the like configured for secured communication module in wireless gateway comprising <strong>of</strong> a mesh network<br />

including at least one cell incorporating a plurality <strong>of</strong> node devices, wherein the node devices are plurality <strong>of</strong> sensors, <strong>and</strong> at least<br />

some <strong>of</strong> which node devices are organized into at least one cell, with such mesh network configured for bi-directional<br />

communications among the plurality <strong>of</strong> node devices; a base computer system with built-in transceiver <strong>and</strong> artificial intelligence<br />

for local display <strong>of</strong> data <strong>and</strong> control; wherein the transceiver is configured for onward transmission <strong>of</strong> data to the data center <strong>and</strong><br />

transmit control messages to the node devices; <strong>and</strong> wherein said node devices are configured for receiving messages from said<br />

transceiver, <strong>and</strong> based thereon, sorting <strong>and</strong> selecting neighbors there<strong>of</strong> so as to select the best access for synchronization <strong>and</strong> so as<br />
