(57) Abstract :
The present invention relates to a system and method for analyzing performance of one or more business functions from a
predetermined set of key performance indicators for a plurality of business functions of an enterprise. A customizable illustrative
structure is developed in real time for a business function in a hierarchical manner to indicate a relation between various key
performance indicators. A plurality of data models are integrated with the illustrative structure so that for each key performance
indicator the corresponding data model is dynamically mapped and invoked. A comparative analysis for each key performance
indicator is generated with respect to the user-defined threshold values and the results thereof are displayed.
