(57) Abstract :<br />

The present subject matter discloses methods <strong>and</strong> systems <strong>of</strong> network interface sharing in multiple host computing system (100)<br />

running multiple operating systems. In one embodiment, the multi-host computing system (100) comprises a network interface<br />

controller (118) configured to provide access to at least one communication network to a plurality <strong>of</strong> hosts <strong>of</strong> the multi-host<br />

computing system (100), a device interconnect logic (DIL) unit (120), communicatively coupled to the network interface<br />

controller (118), wherein the DIL unit (120) is configured to determine a first host, from amongst the plurality <strong>of</strong> hosts, wherein<br />

the first host controls the network interface controller (118), <strong>and</strong> a peripheral component interconnect express (PCIe)-to-PCIe<br />

network redirection engine (134) configured to transmit data between the plurality <strong>of</strong> hosts, based in part on control signals<br />

generated by the first host.<br />
