(57) Abstract :
This invention relates to a mobile scalding tank for scalding birds comprising of a double jacketed tank with a heating element and
temperature regulator. The tank is advantageous over circular scalding tanks that, it is effective in heating the water maintaining
temperature of scalding water for hygienic defeathering of birds. The scalding tank maintains the temperature very well and water
can be changed frequently. So that, cleanliness of water can be maintained to produce wholesome chicken carcass by eliminating
most of the pathogens.
