(57) Abstract :<br />

A carrier roller, roller, <strong>and</strong> idler for use in an undercarriage system <strong>of</strong> a tracked machine are provided. The carrier roller, roller,<br />

<strong>and</strong> idler are provided with seals, thereby protecting the parts that are sensitive to contamination, from mud, soil <strong>and</strong> other<br />

contaminants. Further, a first bush <strong>and</strong> a second bush are provided in each <strong>of</strong> the carrier roller, roller, <strong>and</strong> idler, configured to<br />

guide the shaft, wherein the first bush <strong>and</strong> the second bush are self lubricating in nature, thereby eliminating requirement <strong>of</strong><br />

lubricating oil.<br />
