(57) Abstract :
Systems and methods for managing and utilizing competencies of employees of an organization are provided. The system
comprises a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory comprises a Role Managing Module (RMM)
configured to define a set of roles in a database. Each role of the set of roles indicates a functional job in the organization. The
RMM is further configured to assign an expected maturity level in a set of knowledge dimensions to each role in the set of roles.
The set of knowledge dimensions comprises at least one of a Solution Dimension a Technology Dimension a Process Dimension
and an Organization Dimension. The system further comprises a planning module configured to create a career progression plan
based on the set of roles. The system further comprises an analysis module configured to cater to organizational requirements of
managing employee competencies.
