(57) Abstract :
An apparatus and a process for waste water treatment is disclosed. The apparatus comprises an equalization dump tank provided
to store and equalize rate and flow of water coming from various sources and to maintain the pH at 6-8 to obtain fresh water like
properties. An ultra violet (UV) radiation unit is provided to treat water to make it germs and bacteria free. A flocculator is
provided to convert suspension solution of waste water into colloidal one. A clarifier is provided to separate solids from liquid. A
sludge drying bed having aerobic bacteria is provided to digest and dissolve solid effluents present in the waste water.
