Currently all findings of specialist are on
paper and these findings are only based on
human knowledge and NOT on the
environmental impacts of a development of
this nature
What will become of the stingrays under
these circumstances?
The proposed development would result in
the disappearance of the stingrays!
The golf course already destroyed a lot of
fauna and flora – not even mentioning costs
such as water usage to maintain the
development. To my opinion progress is a
hoax. The most valuable heritage we have
to give to future generations is the natural
environment.

The value of houses has already
decreased.
Property value in the immediate area of the
proposed development would fall
dramatically and most likely result in further
rezoning applications for businesses.
The municipality will be held accountable for
any approvals in terms of the Land Use
Planning Ordinance and the possible
negative impact it could have on the value
of private owned property/ guest houses.
I'm concerned about investment in property
which is directly related to angling and
boating interest

current decrease in property value cannot be
attributed to the proposed development as
there has been an international slump in the
property market.
