A Proposal for a Standard With Innovation Management System

As a result of the ranking of risk factors belonging to the above-mentioned system, the map has been
constructed. The map contains risks and risk factors and gives an opportunity to determine the links
between the factors and the risks posed by them. It also enables us to identify the bottlenecks in the
innovation that are associated with the highest risk.
The revealed bottlenecks enable one to define the composition and direction of the required policies
of both the state and enterprises and to mitigate innovation risks and increase enterprises tolerance to
them. In other words, the map facilitates the formation of policies of the state and enterprises and
allows decision makers to put policy measures into a complex system in accordance with emerging
risks of innovation activities.
