(b) subject to the provisions <strong>of</strong> subsections (c)<br />

to (f) <strong>of</strong> this section, the following<br />

information contained on Schedules I, II,<br />

III and IV-1 to IV-13 to this <strong>Plan</strong> shall be<br />

changed only by amendment to the <strong>Plan</strong><br />

except for lands that are designated in<br />

accordance with the Oak Ridges Moraine<br />

Conservation <strong>Plan</strong>, which cannot be<br />

amended unless first modified by the<br />

Province;<br />

(i) on Schedule I, the land use categories<br />

and areas designated;<br />

(ii) on Schedule II, all existing and<br />

proposed road categories and locations<br />

<strong>of</strong> proposed roads (except local roads<br />

which are shown for information<br />

purposes), and the location <strong>of</strong> all other<br />

existing and proposed transportation<br />

facilities and services;<br />

(iii) on Schedule III, all resource<br />

management features designated<br />

including the class <strong>of</strong> wetland; and<br />

(iv) on Schedules IV-1 to IV-13, all<br />

settlement boundaries, land use<br />

designations and proposed road<br />

by-pass locations;<br />

(c) symbolic and contextual information<br />

provided on the Schedules to this <strong>Plan</strong><br />

(pipelines, existing and proposed<br />

community facilities, and watercourses) are<br />

included for information purposes to assist<br />

the user and may be changed without<br />

notice and without amendment to the<br />

<strong>Plan</strong>;<br />

(d) the boundaries and alignments <strong>of</strong> the land<br />

use designations are approximate, and<br />

provided the general purpose and intent <strong>of</strong><br />

the <strong>Plan</strong> is maintained, minor adjustments<br />

may be made without notice and without<br />

amendment to the <strong>Plan</strong> except where such<br />

boundaries are established by fixed<br />

features such as railways, highways and<br />

roads, lot and concession lines, or property<br />

lines;<br />
