(b) net residential site are as the total area of
land within a development proposal that is
designated for residential and ancillary
purposes by this Plan, which,
(i) for draft plans of subdivision, includes
the total residentially-designated area of
all residential lots in the plan, but
excludes public roads and widenings,
public parks, non-developable land,
school sites and similar public land areas;
(c) floorspace index (FSI) as the total floorspace
of all buildings on a lot divided by the total
area of the lot; and
(d) gross leasable floorspace for the retailing of
goods and services as the total floorspace
leased for all retail land uses, including retail
stores, department stores, food stores and
supermarkets, professional offices, financial
institutions, restaurants and taverns, furniture
and major appliance sales, special purpose
commercial uses, and storage areas.
