(b) net residential site are as the total area <strong>of</strong><br />

land within a development proposal that is<br />

designated for residential and ancillary<br />

purposes by this <strong>Plan</strong>, which,<br />

(i) for draft plans <strong>of</strong> subdivision, includes<br />

the total residentially-designated area <strong>of</strong><br />

all residential lots in the plan, but<br />

excludes public roads and widenings,<br />

public parks, non-developable land,<br />

school sites and similar public land areas;<br />

(c) floorspace index (FSI) as the total floorspace<br />

<strong>of</strong> all buildings on a lot divided by the total<br />

area <strong>of</strong> the lot; and<br />

(d) gross leasable floorspace for the retailing <strong>of</strong><br />

goods and services as the total floorspace<br />

leased for all retail land uses, including retail<br />

stores, department stores, food stores and<br />

supermarkets, pr<strong>of</strong>essional <strong>of</strong>fices, financial<br />

institutions, restaurants and taverns, furniture<br />

and major appliance sales, special purpose<br />

commercial uses, and storage areas.<br />
