this <strong>Plan</strong>, will be detailed in zoning by-laws.)<br />

Conservation, environmental protection, restoration, education, passive<br />

recreation, and similar uses;<br />

Agricultural uses outside <strong>of</strong> valley and stream corridors, wetlands,<br />

environmentally significant areas, and areas <strong>of</strong> natural and scientific<br />

interest;<br />

Existing lawful residential dwellings; a new residential dwelling on a vacant<br />

lot.<br />

All uses permissible in Natural Areas;<br />

Active recreational, community and cultural uses, and other related uses.<br />

All uses permissible in Natural Areas and Active Recreational Areas;<br />

Marinas, yacht clubs and ancillary uses;<br />

Marina supportive uses, restaurants, limited retail uses; limited residential<br />

uses in conjunction with marinas and yacht clubs;<br />

Aquaculture and other related uses.<br />

Fish, wildlife, and forest management;<br />

Conservation, environmental protection, restoration, low intensity<br />

recreational uses, and similar uses;<br />

Unserviced parks;<br />

Agricultural uses, including farm vacation homes, outside <strong>of</strong> valley and<br />

stream corridors, wetlands, environmentally significant areas, and areas <strong>of</strong><br />

natural and scientific interest and the related minimum vegetation<br />

protection zone;<br />

Transportation, infrastructure, and utilities (but only if the need for the<br />

project has been demonstrated and there is no reasonable alternative);<br />

Existing lawful residential dwellings; a new residential dwelling on a vacant<br />

lot that was zoned as <strong>of</strong> November 15, 2001;<br />

Home businesses, home industries, and bed and breakfast establishments.<br />

All uses permissible in the Oak Ridges Moraine Natural Core Areas;<br />

Mineral aggregate operations and wayside pits;<br />
