Raising livestock and other animals, including poultry and fish;<br />

Aquaculture, agro-forestry, maple syrup production;<br />

Animal agriculture;<br />

Farm-related residential dwellings, existing lawful residential dwellings, a new<br />

residential dwelling on a vacant lot that was zoned as <strong>of</strong> November 15, 2001;<br />

Complementary and supportive agricultural uses such as,<br />

Home businesses;<br />

Farm-related businesses producing agricultural products from farm operations,<br />

such as value-added processing and packing operations <strong>of</strong> agricultural<br />

products, roadside produce stands retailing products from the farming<br />

operation, farm vacations as part <strong>of</strong> a farming operation, and cottage wineries<br />

producing produce from local farming operations;<br />

Other agriculture-related uses.<br />

Other uses, such as,<br />

Fish, wildlife and forest management;<br />

Conservation, environmental protection, restoration, low intensity recreational<br />

uses, and similar uses;<br />

Transportation, infrastructure, and utilities (but only if the need for the project<br />

has been demonstrated and there is no reasonable alternative);<br />

Home industries;<br />

Bed and breakfast establishments;<br />

Low-intensity recreational uses;<br />

Mineral aggregate operations and wayside pits.<br />
