2. The subjects in which R.A.N.R. Writer and Victualling ratings are
to be examined before advancement are to be included in the syllabus of
instruction for these ratings. It is the duty of Officers of the Accountant
Branch of the Royal Australian Naval Rserve and the senior writer and
victualling ratings to impart theoretical instruction to junior ratings during
drills and training in Sub-Districts.

Naval Establishments, is being kept at Navy Office, and a similar manuscript
Register is also to be kept in all Ships and Establishments. The Register
should contain a record of all Presentations, Relics, Trophies, &c, at
present in Ships and Establishments {Ajjfeceived in the future. Names of
