AMENDMENT TO R.A.N.R. REGULATIONS.<br />
The following amendments of R.A.N.E. Regulations have been approved<br />
:—<br />
Article 360 is amended from 1st January, 1922—<br />
(1) by omitting the word " Compulsory " in the title of Article<br />
360, and inserting in its stead the word " Special ".<br />
(2) by inserting the word " Special " immediately prior to the<br />
word "' Qualifying " in the second line of clause (1).<br />
(3) by omitting all the words after the words " the case may be "<br />
in the sixth line of clause (3), and inserting in their stead the words<br />
" for disciplinary and victualling purposes only, the necessary<br />
arrangements in regard to pay being made by the Certifying Officer<br />
for the District on whose books the member will be borne for pay.<br />
Advances of pay may be made by the Accountant Officer, on the<br />
authority of the Certifying Officer above referred to, payment being<br />
made on a voucher through the Cash Account, and details communicated<br />
to enable adjustment to be made."<br />
