19. Leave.—In the case of officers and ratings retired under this Order,<br />
any annual leave taken up to the date of retirement will not be taken into<br />
account in assessing payment in lieu of furlough or extended leave. No<br />
additional payment, however, will be made in lieu of annual .leave still<br />
outstanding at the date of retirement.<br />
20. Retired List.—An officer who is retired under this Order and wishes<br />
to retain his commission, will, if eligible, be placed on the Retired List.<br />
