19. Leave.—In the case of officers and ratings retired under this Order,
any annual leave taken up to the date of retirement will not be taken into
account in assessing payment in lieu of furlough or extended leave. No
additional payment, however, will be made in lieu of annual .leave still
outstanding at the date of retirement.
20. Retired List.—An officer who is retired under this Order and wishes
to retain his commission, will, if eligible, be placed on the Retired List.
