The following Orders, having been approved, are hereby
promulgated tor information and guidance, and necessary
action.
By direction of the Naval Board,

REDUCTION SCHEME^ DISCHARGE OF RATINGS.
All ratings who are granted free discharges under the provisions of Navy
Order No. 219 of 1922, may be granted all leave due to the date of discharge,
and a Railway Warrant to Port Division or original place of entry.
2. The concession in regard to Railway Warrants will apply only to
discharges approved between 6th June and 31st July, 1922, inclusive.
On and from 1st August the usual procedure provided in Regulation 21(6) of
Financial Regulations (Sea-Going) will apply.
