<strong>the</strong>y arrived on. If <strong>the</strong> DRA <strong>in</strong>former net was effective, <strong>the</strong> <strong>Mujahideen</strong><br />

were risk<strong>in</strong>g ambush on <strong>the</strong>ir return. The <strong>Mujahideen</strong> had no radios<br />

or o<strong>the</strong>r rapid communications and so control of <strong>the</strong> battle was problematic<br />

at best.
