Masugu and Nyali have a similar composition with 60/40, but in Lunenzion the other hand, almost 100% were Christians.76% of the households interviewed were married 41 . As for gender divisions, womenare responsible for the children, for cooking, as well as for the collecting firewoodand water where also the children contribute. Men are traditionally engaged inmarketing and selling, construction of houses, in addition to the production of timberand charcoal. There is thus a social defined sexual division of labour. In this way,men are in most cases in charge of the household economy, while the women will beactive in the day-to-day management of the household. However, we were told in both Nyali and Masugu that women are now also producingcharcoal due to an increasing rate of failing crops. Often activities they do togetherare collection of NTFP 42 , planting and harvesting, land clearing and off-farmactivities.41 : Single=7%, Married=76, Divorced=5, Separated=1, Widowed=1142 In Masugu they however said that mostly men collected NTFP.
