Therefore, you may conclude that the hydroelectric power projecton Allison Creek will have no affect on those species, and that formalSection 7 consultation ,,,ith the FWS is not required.Protection of threatened and endangered marine mammals is the responsibilityof the National Marine Fisheries Service (m1FS).
