7.6.3 SMART SOLUTIONS CONSIDERED“Smart Solutions” are alternatives that do not require major investments in capital oroperations. These are called “Smart” Solutions because they do require thoughtfulpromotion and coordination of transportation services that for the most part alreadyexist. The following table presents a priority listing of Smart Solutions. Priorities weredeveloped through public input and consultation with Cape Cod Commission, Cape CodJoint Transportation Committee members, and refinements requested by the Cape CodMetropolitan Planning Organization. Some of the following headings are used in thetable:RTP# Index number used for reference.
