in<strong>for</strong>mation age as we are being thrust into the knowledge age<br />

but we haven’t yet developed the intermediation services to<br />

support this. Opportunities abound <strong>for</strong> skilled IS professionals<br />

be supported by an ongoing education programme at the heart<br />
