In the beginning of the investigation we can find the theoretical foundation which<br />

was developed taking into account the outlined objectives.<br />

Next we find the field investigation that was carried out with the objective of<br />

observing the reality that comes giving in the municipal markets because in the<br />

same ones it could be the mistake of knowledge by people with relation to the<br />

topic program of training to manipulate elaborated foods in the municipal<br />

markets (crossed contamination), the same ones which harm the health of<br />

the consumers directly.<br />

This demonstrates the preparation lack on the part of the manipulators of foods<br />

and thus the proliferation of illnesses transmitted by consuming these foods.<br />

The most effective norms against the contamination of the elaborated foods are<br />

those of maintaining the correct manipulation of the manipulators of foods<br />

because they are the major responsible.<br />

In relation to it, I have been designed the training program as a solution to this<br />

problem, for improving the preparation and service of the elaborated foods that<br />

they are expended in the municipal markets.
