18 When will your activity start and end Allow enough time for<br />

planning and for us to process your application.<br />

You must take account of the time we will need to assess your<br />

application when planning your activity. We need six working weeks after receiving a<br />

complete application to process applications £5,000 and under, and 12 working weeks<br />

for applications over £5,000.<br />

If you do not give us enough time before your activity starts, we may not<br />

be able to assess your application. The start date for your activity should also include<br />

the planning and preparation time you need. For example, if an activity needs<br />

marketing, you should include enough time to do this.<br />
