E’ opportuno sottolineare che questa selezione<br />
riguarda non tutti i possib<strong>il</strong>i casi di specializzazioni<br />
produttive di tipo distrettuale, ma solo i più<br />
significativi. Nondimeno le 473 principali<br />
specializzazioni produttive di tipo distrettuale<br />
classificate dalla <strong>Fondazione</strong> Edison presentano<br />
un numero complessivo di addetti pari a circa 753<br />
m<strong>il</strong>a unità. Si tratta di un’occupazione<br />
corrispondente al 15,4% dell’occupazione<br />
manifatturiera totale italiana: dunque una quota<br />
percentuale assai r<strong>il</strong>evante in quanto<br />
esclusivamente legata ai settori di specializzazione<br />
del “made in Italy” esaminati e relativa solo ai<br />
maggiori distretti.<br />
