2 If treatment has not been completed before entry, HOLD the consignment <strong>and</strong> CONTACT PPQ through proper channels. The<br />

freedom from Brachycerus spp. <strong>and</strong> Dyspessa ulula. Consignment is admissible into the continental U.S. only <strong>and</strong> is<br />

admissible into the continental U.S. only <strong>and</strong> is subject to inspection at the first port of entry. If inspection reveals the target<br />

pests (Brachycerus spp. or D. ulula), the required fumigation, T101-e-2, is a fumigation under vacuum. However, as of<br />

October 2008, there are no APHIS-approved commercial vacuum chambers in the US. Consignments with target pests must<br />

be reexported, destroyed, or returned to the country of origin.<br />
