Use Table 2-15 to correctly regulate noncommercial importations of small<br />

quantities of admissible Japanese produce entering Hawaii. Japanese produce<br />

may have been intercepted in baggage, cargo, or the mail, but cannot require<br />

treatment as a condition of entry.<br />

3 Conclusive proof that the produce did not originate on Amami, Bonin, Ryukyu, Tokara, or<br />

Volcano Isl<strong>and</strong>s (acceptable proofs of origin include statements on commercial packaging <strong>and</strong><br />

foreign phytosanitary certificates).<br />
