2 The consignment must be accompanied by a <strong>Phytosanitary</strong> Certificate (PC) with an Additional Declaration (AD) attesting to<br />

freedom from Brachycerus spp. <strong>and</strong> Dyspessa ulula. Consignment is admissible into the continental U.S. only <strong>and</strong> is subject<br />

to inspection at the first port of entry. If inspection reveals the target pests (Brachycerus spp. or D. ulula), the required<br />

fumigation, T101-e-2, is a fumigation under vacuum. However, as of October 2008, there are no APHIS-approved commercial<br />

vacuum chambers in the US. Consignments with target pests must be reexported, destroyed, or returned to the country of<br />

origin.<br />
