Precleared Irradiated Fruits and Vegetables
Phytosanitary Certificate (PC) issued by foreign government
PPQ Form 203—Foreign Site Certificate of Inspection and/or Treatment
(yellow or white) or an electronic message, to verify whether APHIS
precleared the consignment
Compare the PPQ Form 203 to other supporting documentation or information
(phytosanitary certificate, invoices, etc…). Check the commodities and their
quantity listed on the PPQ Form203 and follow the instructions in Table 2-19.
Confirm that the information and conditions contained on the paperwork agree
with the cargo manifest and/or other Customs entry documents. If the
paperwork is not in order, CONTACT the Agriculture Liaison/Operational
Specialist or Agriculture Programs and Trade Liaison (APTL) headquarters
with details of any problems.
