2. Select the objects and choose [Object] / [Create series of] from the menu.
A dialog box opens.

3. If you want to create a table, define the number of rows and columns and the
direction into which you want to expand the table.
Clicking [OK] has the programming software create a table with the defined number
of rows or columns.
The quick info text must end with a number, else the table cannot be created. The object
alarm banner cannot be included in a table.
Symbols There are three ways to create symbols:
Via the Symbol manager
Via the function [Create symbol]
by inserting a graphic from another Windows application via the clipboard.
See the section "Symbol manager" on page 87.
[Create a symbol] function
1. Select [Create symbol] from the toolbox.
2. Draw a selection rectangle around the graphic you want to save as symbol.
3. Enter a name for the symbol. The name must not exceed eight characters.
The symbol will then be saved in the symbol library under the specified name.
