Step 3 – Impact of the Policy, process or service<br />

If any of the questions are answered ‘yes’ then the proposed policy/service is<br />

likely to be relevant to the <strong>Trust</strong>’s legal duties in relation to race, gender and<br />

disability. The relevant manage should proceed to complete a full Equalities<br />

Impact Assessment (see appendix 2).<br />

A copy of the completed form must accompany the policy/service when it is<br />

presented to the relevant body for approval.<br />
