SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS:<br />

For 2009/<strong>2010</strong>, the ALE process will change to be based on an assessment of compliance with<br />

trigger events for each theme. The <strong>Trust</strong> expects to be able to provide evidence in all cases<br />

that no triggers points have been breached and this evidence will then be subject to review by<br />

external auditors.<br />
