3.1 Common Concerns<br />

Across all the options, there were a number of commonly raised concerns and these have been<br />

summarised below.<br />

3.1.1 Travel<br />

Travel was the most commonly raised issue for the focus groups, public meetings, consultation<br />

events and staff consultation, as well as featuring heavily in the comments made on completed<br />

questionnaires.<br />
