包 括 關 連 人 士 所 提 供 之 借 貸 。 本 集 團 將 根
據 本 公 司 董 事 之 推 薦 建 議 透 過 籌 集 或 償 還
借 貸 而 平 衡 其 整 體 資 本 結 構 。

(d) Capital management (Continued)
The directors of the Company review the capital
structure on an annual basis. As a part of this
review, the directors of the Company consider
the cost of capital and other sources of funds
other than issuance of shares, including
borrowings from related parties. Based on
the recommendation of the directors of the
Company, the Group will balance its overall
capital structure through raising or repayment of
borrowings.
