本 集 團 之 澳 門 蘭 桂 坊 酒 店 , 繼 去 年 獲 頒 發 「 第 五 屆 中 國 酒
店 星 光 獎 2009 ── 中 國 最 佳 設 計 精 品 酒 店 」 大 獎 後 , 今
年 再 度 於 深 受 業 內 認 可 的 「 第 三 屆 亞 洲 酒 店 論 壇 亞 洲 大
獎 頒 獎 典 禮 」 中 , 榮 獲 「 亞 洲 新 領 軍 綠 色 環 保 酒 店 」 獎 項 。
自 二 零 零 九 年 八 月 二 日 正 式 開 幕 後 , 澳 門 蘭 桂 坊 酒 店 迅
即 成 為 澳 門 旅 遊 娛 樂 的 新 熱 點 , 今 年 再 度 獲 得 業 內 獎 項 ,
反 映 出 其 優 質 之 管 理 及 規 劃 , 繼 續 獲 得 專 業 的 認 同 。
The Group’s Hotel Lan Kwai Fong in Macau was named the
“Leading Green Hotel of Asia” by the Asia Hotel Forum, in the
3rd AHF Awards of 2010. The Awards are some of the most
prestigious hotel investment awards in the industry, and this
latest achievement follows the previous year’s “Best Designed
Boutique Hotel Of China” award in the 5th China Hotel Starlight
Awards 2009. Since launching on 2nd August 2009, Hotel
Lan Kwai Fong has become a new tourism and entertainment
focal point in Macau. Its recent award attested to professional
industry recognition of its management and planning quality.

察 協 調 局 公 告 , 受 惠 於 中 國 內 地 旅 客 數 目 增 長 , 二 零 一
零 年 澳 門 博 彩 業 收 入 , 較 二 零 零 九 年 增 長 57.8%, 達 到
1,883.43 億 澳 門 元 , 其 中 , 十 二 月 份 博 彩 收 入 較 去 年 同
期 增 加 66.4%, 更 創 出 188.83 億 澳 門 元 的 單 月 最 高 紀 錄 ,
對 本 集 團 之 澳 門 蘭 桂 坊 酒 店 及 蘭 桂 坊 娛 樂 場 業 務 之 表 現
及 前 景 , 有 正 面 的 幫 助 。 加 上 澳 門 政 府 於 二 零 一 零 年 三
月 宣 佈 , 澳 門 賭 桌 總 數 於 未 來 三 年 將 受 限 制 , 本 集 團 預
期 澳 門 博 彩 業 之 競 爭 將 不 會 惡 化 , 更 將 令 本 集 團 直 接 受
惠 。 年 內 , 無 論 澳 門 蘭 桂 坊 酒 店 之 收 入 , 以 及 蘭 桂 坊 娛
樂 場 之 業 務 表 現 , 均 令 人 鼓 舞 , 相 信 未 來 將 可 繼 續 為 本
集 團 提 供 穩 定 之 收 益 。
In the year 2010, Macau’s casino gaming industry earned
record revenue. The Gaming Inspection and Coordination
Bureau of Macau SAR announced that, due to the growth of
Mainland China visitors travelling to Macau, gross revenue
from the casino gaming industry increased by 57.8% to
MOP188,343,000,000 for the year 2010 as compared to the
year 2009. Gross revenue in December 2010 increased by
66.4% to MOP18,883,000,000 as compared with the same
period in the previous year, reaching a new record high for
monthly gross revenue in Macau. This growth of gross revenue
by the gaming industry will positively benefit the business
performance and prospects of Hotel Lan Kwai Fong, as well as
Casino Lan Kwai Fong. In March 2010, the Macau Government
announced that the total number of gaming tables in Macau
will be capped for the next three years. The Group does not
expect competition within the gaming industry to worsen from
this measure, and in fact expect it to be beneficial to the
Group. The performance of both Hotel Lan Kwai Fong and
Casio Lan Kwai Fong were encouraging in the year 2010.
The Group believes the hotel and gaming service operations
will continue to contribute stable and positive revenue in the
future.
