董 事 會 欣 然 提 呈 董 事 會 報 告 連 同 截 至 二 零 一 零 年 十 二 月
三 十 一 日 止 年 度 本 公 司 及 本 集 團 之 經 審 核 財 務 報 表 。
The directors are pleased to submit their report together with
the audited financial statements of the Company and the
Group for the year ended 31st December 2010.
本 公 司 之 主 要 業 務 為 投 資 控 股 , 而 本 集 團 主 要 從 事 電 影
製 作 、 電 影 及 電 視 連 續 劇 之 發 行 、 投 資 於 自 博 彩 推 廣 服
務 收 取 溢 利 之 業 務 及 物 業 與 酒 店 投 資 。
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
The principal activity of the Company is investment holding
and the Group is principally engaged in film production,
distribution of film and television drama series, investing in
operations which receive profit streams from the gaming
promotion business and property and hotel investment.
其 主 要 附 屬 公 司 及 聯 營 公 司 之 業 務 詳 情 , 分 別 載 於 財 務
報 表 附 註 49 及 50。
The activities of its principal subsidiaries and associates
are set out in notes 49 and 50 to the financial statements
respectively.
本 集 團 截 至 二 零 一 零 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年 度 之 業 績 分
別 載 於 第 45 頁 及 第 46 頁 之 綜 合 收 入 表 及 綜 合 全 面 收 入 表
內 。
results and appropriations
The results of the Group for the year ended 31st December
2010 are set out in the consolidated income statement and
consolidated statement of comprehensive income on pages 45
and 46 respectively.
董 事 不 建 議 派 發 截 至 二 零 一 零 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年 度
之 末 期 股 息 。
The directors do not recommend the payment of a final
dividend for the year ended 31st December 2010.
本 集 團 截 至 二 零 一 零 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 最 近 五 個 財 政
年 度 之 業 績 及 資 產 與 負 債 之 概 要 載 於 第 196 頁 。

A summary of the results and the assets and liabilities of the
Group for the last five financial years ended 31st December
2010 is set out on page 196.
PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT,
InterestS in Leasehold land AND
INVESTMENT PROPERTIES
Details of movements during the year in the property, plant
and equipment, interests in leasehold land and investment
properties of the Group are set out in notes 17、18 and 19 to
the financial statements respectively.
SHARE CAPITAL AND WARRANTS
Details of movements during the year in the share capital and
warrants of the Company are set out in note 34 to the financial
statements.
