應 收 附 屬 公 司 款 項 乃 無 抵 押 、 免 息 且 無 固 定 還 款
期 。 本 公 司 董 事 認 為 , 本 公 司 不 會 於 報 告 期 結 束
時 起 計 十 二 個 月 內 要 求 還 款 , 故 此 應 收 附 屬 公 司
款 項 列 作 非 即 期 款 項 。
20. INTERESTS IN SUBSIDIARIES (Continued)
Amounts due from subsidiaries are unsecured, interestfree
and have no fixed repayment terms. In the opinion
of the directors of the Company, the Company will not
demand for repayment within twelve months from the
end of the reporting period and the amounts due from
subsidiaries are therefore shown as non-current.
其 他 應 收 ╱ 應 付 附 屬 公 司 款 項 分 類 為 流 動 資 產
╱ 負 債 。 本 公 司 董 事 認 為 , 於 二 零 一 零 年 十 二 月
三 十 一 日 , 應 收 ╱ 應 付 附 屬 公 司 款 項 之 賬 面 值 與
其 各 自 之 公 平 價 值 相 若 。
Other amounts due from/to subsidiaries of the Company
classified under current assets/liabilities accordingly.
In the opinion of the directors of the Company, the
carrying amounts of amounts due from/to subsidiaries
as at 31st December 2010 approximately to their fair
values.
於 本 公 司 之 附 屬 公 司 之 權 益 之 賬 面 值 乃 削 減 至 其
可 收 回 金 額 , 此 乃 參 考 預 計 由 各 附 屬 公 司 產 生 之
未 來 現 金 流 量 預 測 而 釐 定 。
The carrying amounts of the interests in subsidiaries
is reduced to their recoverable amounts which are
determined by reference to the estimation of future cash
flows expected to be generated from the respective
subsidiaries.
