336 條 本 公 司 須 予 備 存 之 主 要 股 東 登 記 名 冊 所 記 錄 , 除 上
文 所 披 露 若 干 董 事 之 權 益 外 , 以 下 股 東 擁 有 本 公 司 已 發
行 股 本 5% 或 以 上 之 權 益 :
SHARE OPTION SCHEMES
Particulars of the Company’s share option schemes, details
of movements in the share options to subscribe for shares of
HK$0.01 each in the Company granted under the share option
schemes and the fair value of the share options are set out in
note 47 to the financial statements.
SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS
As at 31st December 2010, the register of substantial
shareholders maintained by the Company under Section 336 of
the SFO showed that, other than the interests disclosed above
in respect of certain directors, the following shareholders had
an interest of 5% or more in the issued share capital of the

Other than as disclosed above, the Company had not been
notified of any other interests or short positions representing
5% or more of the Company’s issued share capital as at 31st
