營 公 司 權 益 、 投 資 物 業 、 商 譽 、 應 收 可 換
股 票 據 、 投 資 按 金 、 應 收 可 換 股 票 據 內 含
之 換 股 期 權 、 持 作 買 賣 投 資 、 應 收 聯 營 公
司 款 項 、 預 繳 稅 項 、 現 金 及 銀 行 結 餘 、 分
類 為 持 作 出 售 之 資 產 以 及 作 若 干 行 政 用 途
之 部 份 物 業 、 機 器 及 設 備 及 租 賃 土 地 除 外 ;
及
• all assets are allocated to reportable
segments, other than interests in
associates, investment properties,
goodwill, convertible notes receivable,
deposits for investment, conversion
options embedded in convertible notes
receivable, held for trading investments,
amounts due from associates, prepaid
tax, cash and bank balances, assets
classified as held for sale and partial
property, plant and equipment and
leasehold land for central administrative
purposes; and
• 所 有 負 債 乃 分 配 予 須 予 報 告 分 類 , 惟 可 換
股 票 據 、 部 份 已 收 按 金 、 應 計 項 目 及 其 他
應 付 款 項 、 遞 延 稅 項 負 債 及 應 付 一 間 聯 營
