本 公 司 董 事 負 責 根 據 有 關 法 定 要 求 及 現 行 適 用 會 計 準 則 ,
編 製 並 及 時 刊 發 真 實 及 公 平 之 本 集 團 財 務 報 表 。 本 公 司
董 事 亦 負 責 選 擇 及 貫 徹 應 用 適 當 會 計 政 策 , 並 確 保 及 時
採 納 香 港 會 計 準 則 及 香 港 財 務 報 告 準 則 。
The directors of the Company are responsible for the
preparation of financial statements of the Group which give a
true and fair view, and are prepared in accordance with the
relevant statutory requirements and applicable accounting
standards in force, and are published in a timely manner. The
directors of the Company are also responsible for selecting
and applying on a consistent basis suitable accounting
policies and ensuring timely adoption of Hong Kong
Accounting Standards and Hong Kong Financial Reporting
Standards.
本 公 司 董 事 確 認 其 編 製 本 公 司 財 務 報 表 之 責 任 , 並 欣 然
報 告 , 本 公 司 已 按 上 市 規 則 要 求 , 於 有 關 期 間 結 束 後 及
時 公 佈 其 年 度 及 中 期 業 績 。
The directors of the Company acknowledge their responsibility
for preparing the financial statements of the Company and
report that the Company has announced its annual and interim
results in a timely manner after the end of the relevant period,
as laid down in the Listing Rules.
本 公 司 核 數 師 就 其 報 告 責 任 作 出 之 聲 明 載 於 本 年 報 第 42
至 44 頁 「 獨 立 核 數 師 報 告 」 內 。
A statement by the auditors of the Company about their
reporting responsibilities is set out in the “Independent
Auditors’ Report” on pages 42 to 44 to the annual report.
