影 觀 眾 及 世 界 各 地 片 商 推 薦 之 電 影 。 向 先 生 亦 為 香 港 影
業 協 會 有 限 公 司 之 副 會 長 。 向 先 生 於 一 九 九 六 年 獲 委 任

PROFILES OF DIRECTORS
Mr. HEUNG Wah Keung, aged 62, is the Chairman of the
Company. He is the husband of Ms. Chen Ming Yin, Tiffany,
Vice Chairman of the Company. He has over 30 years of
experience in the entertainment and multimedia industries. He
was the founder of Win’s Entertainment Limited (“Win’s”) and
One Hundred Years of Film Company Limited (“One Hundred
Years”), which produces films recommended by audiences
and distributors around the world. He is also the vice-chairman
of Hong Kong Kowloon and New Territories Motion Picture
Industry Association Limited. Mr. Heung was appointed as an
executive director of the Company in 1996.

生 之 妻 子 , 擁 有 逾 25 年 影 視 多 媒 體 業 務 經 驗 。 陳 女 士 曾
為 永 盛 及 一 百 年 監 製 多 套 賣 座 影 片 。 陳 女 士 於 二 零 零 三
年 榮 獲 《The Hollywood Reporter》 選 為 國 際 娛 樂 界 其 中
一 位 最 具 影 響 力 之 女 性 。 陳 女 士 於 一 九 九 六 年 獲 委 任 為
本 公 司 之 執 行 董 事 。
Ms. CHEN Ming Yin, Tiffany, aged 54, is the Vice Chairman
of the Company. She is the wife of Mr. Heung Wah Keung
and has over 25 years of experience in the entertainment and
multimedia industries. Ms. Chen has produced a number of
blockbuster films for Win’s and One Hundred Years. In 2003,
she was selected as one of 2003 Women in Entertainment –
International Power by The Hollywood Reporter. Ms. Chen was
appointed as an executive director of the Company in 1996.
, 現 年 43 歲 , 為 本 公 司 之 執 行 董 事 , 擁 有 逾
10 年 娛 樂 及 多 媒 體 業 務 行 政 之 經 驗 。 李 女 士 負 責 本 集 團
之 整 體 營 運 , 並 對 本 集 團 系 統 具 有 透 徹 認 知 。 李 女 士 於
二 零 零 一 年 獲 委 任 為 執 行 董 事 。
Ms. LI Yuk Sheung, aged 43, is an executive director of
the Company. She has more than 10 years experience of
management in the entertainment and multimedia industries.
She is responsible for the overall operations, and is familiar
with the Group’s system. Ms. Li was appointed as an executive
director in 2001.
, 現 年 70 歲 , 為 本 公 司 之 獨 立 非 執 行 董 事 ,
擁 有 逾 30 年 電 影 發 行 經 驗 , 於 一 九 七 零 年 創 立 狄 龍 國 際
電 影 企 業 公 司 。 自 一 九 九 一 年 起 , 洪 先 生 一 直 擔 任 香 港
影 業 協 會 有 限 公 司 會 長 , 並 曾 於 一 九 九 二 年 至 一 九 九 五
年 期 間 擔 任 香 港 電 影 金 像 獎 協 會 之 會 長 。 洪 先 生 自 二 零
零 七 年 起 獲 香 港 特 別 行 政 區 政 府 委 任 為 香 港 電 影 發 展 局
委 員 。 彼 亦 於 二 零 零 九 年 起 獲 委 任 為 中 國 電 影 家 協 會 理
事 。 洪 先 生 於 一 九 九 六 年 獲 委 任 為 非 執 行 董 事 。
Mr. HUNG Cho Sing, aged 70, is an independent nonexecutive
director of the Company. He has over 30 years
of experience in the film distribution industry and founded
Delon International Film Corporation in 1970. He has been the
chairman of Hong Kong Kowloon and New Territories Motion
Picture Industry Association Limited since 1991 and was the
chairman of Hong Kong Film Awards Association from 1992 to
1995. Mr. Hung was appointed by the HKSAR Government as
a member of the Hong Kong Film Development Council since
2007. He was also appointed as a director of the China Film
Association since 2009. Mr. Hung was appointed as a nonexecutive
director in 1996.

何 先 生 為 執 業 會 計 師 何 偉 志 會 計 師 行 之 獨 資 經 營 者 , 亦
為 英 國 英 格 蘭 及 威 爾 斯 特 許 會 計 師 公 會 之 會 員 及 香 港 會
計 師 公 會 之 資 深 會 員 。 何 先 生 於 一 九 九 六 年 獲 委 任 為 非
執 行 董 事 。
Mr. HO Wai Chi, Paul, aged 59, is an independent nonexecutive
director of the Company. He is the sole proprietor
of Paul W. C. Ho & Company, Certified Public Accountants
(Practising), and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales, United Kingdom and
a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants. Mr. Ho was appointed as a non-executive
director in 1996.
