根 據 本 集 團 政 策 , 其 若 干 機 器 及 設 備 根 據 融 資 租
賃 租 用 。 平 均 租 期 為 五 年 。 利 率 按 商 業 利 率 計 算 ,
並 於 彼 等 各 自 之 合 約 日 期 釐 定 。 所 有 租 賃 均 須 定
期 償 還 , 而 並 無 訂 立 或 然 租 金 付 款 之 安 排 。
It is the Group’s policy to lease certain of its machinery
and equipment under finance lease. The average
lease term is 5 years. Interest rates are charged at
commercial rates and fixed at the respective contract
dates. All leases are on a fixed repayment basis and
no arrangements have been entered into for contingent
rental payments.
本 集 團 之 融 資 租 賃 債 務 以 出 租 人 之 租 賃 資 產 作 抵
押 。
The Group’s obligation under finance lease is secured
by the lessor’s charge over the leased assets.
