29,475,795 warrants of the Company by
Heung Wah Keung Family Endowment Limited
(a company owned as to 50% by Mr. Heung
and as to 50% by Ms. Chen) and as to 28,590
warrants of the Company by Dorest Company
Limited (a company beneficially owned as
to 60% by Ms. Chen and as to 40% by Mr.
Heung).

權 益 登 記 冊 所 記 錄 或 根 據 標 準 守 則 須 通 知 本 公 司 及 聯 交
所 之 規 定 , 本 公 司 董 事 及 最 高 行 政 人 員 或 彼 等 之 聯 繫 人
士 並 無 於 本 公 司 或 其 任 何 相 聯 法 團 ( 定 義 見 證 券 及 期 貨
條 例 第 XV 部 ) 之 任 何 股 份 、 相 關 股 份 或 債 券 中 擁 有 任 何
權 益 或 淡 倉 。
除 上 述 所 披 露 外 , 本 公 司 或 其 任 何 附 屬 公 司 於 年 內 任 何
時 間 並 無 參 與 任 何 安 排 , 致 使 本 公 司 之 董 事 、 彼 等 之 配
偶 或 未 滿 18 歲 之 子 女 可 藉 購 入 本 公 司 或 任 何 其 他 法 人 團
體 任 何 股 份 或 債 券 而 獲 益 。
Other than as set out above, as at 31st December 2010, none
of the directors or chief executives of the Company or their
associates had any interests or short positions in any shares,
underlying shares or debentures of the Company or any of its
associated corporations (within the meaning of Part XV of the
SFO) as recorded in the Register of Interests or as otherwise
notified to the Company and the Stock Exchange pursuant to
the Model Code.
Save as disclosed above, at no time during the year was
the Company or any of its subsidiaries a party to any
arrangements to enable the directors of the Company or the
spouse or children under 18 years of age of such director, to
acquire benefits by means of the acquisition of shares in, or
debentures of, the Company or any other body corporate.
