1. 管 理 費 收 入 乃 按 本 集 團 與 關 連 公 司 ( 本
公 司 若 干 董 事 於 其 中 擁 有 實 益 權 益 )
參 照 辦 公 場 所 及 物 資 所 佔 份 額 以 及 向
關 連 公 司 提 供 行 政 服 務 之 人 力 , 經 雙
方 議 定 之 費 率 扣 除 。 向 華 強 先 生 為 本
公 司 及 關 連 公 司 之 共 同 董 事 , 並 辭 任
關 連 公 司 之 董 事 , 自 二 零 一 零 年 十 月
二 十 八 日 起 生 效 。
1. Management fee income was charged at a rate
mutually agreed between the Group and the
related company by reference to sharing of
office premises and supplies, and manpower
in provision of administrative services. Mr.
Heung Wah Keung was a common director of
the Company and the related company, and
resigned as a director of the related company
with effect from 28th October 2010.
2. 向 華 強 先 生 為 本 公 司 及 嘉 滙 投 資 之 共
同 董 事 。 向 華 強 先 生 辭 任 嘉 滙 投 資 之
董 事 , 由 二 零 一 零 年 一 月 二 十 一 日 起
生 效 。
2. Mr. Heung Wah Keung was a common director
of the Company and KH Investment, and
resigned as a director of KH Investment with
effect from 21st January 2010.
