Forthbank Wind Energy Development 12.9.4 With regard to impacts during operation, it is proposed that the installation of wooden or natural ‘living willow’ fencing adjacent to the most sensitive areas will reduce the effects of low level disturbance such that the impacts will be reduced to a minor or negligible (not significant) level.
