G. The Engineer shall provide the following certification on the title sheet <strong>of</strong> the plans: title sheet <strong>of</strong><br />

the construction plans shall bear a signature block for approval for construction which shall read<br />

These construction plans have been reviewed by the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Frisco</strong>.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> has determined that they are in general compliance with the<br />

<strong>City</strong>’s Master Plans and <strong>Engineering</strong> <strong>Standards</strong>. The <strong>City</strong>’s review and<br />

release <strong>of</strong> these plans does not represent that the <strong>City</strong> has reengineered<br />

or verified the engineering <strong>of</strong> the proposed improvements.<br />

The Design Engineer is responsible for all engineering and recognizes<br />

that specific site circumstances or conditions may require<br />

improvements constructed to exceed minimum standards contained in<br />

the <strong>City</strong>’s <strong>Engineering</strong> <strong>Standards</strong>. The Design Engineer is responsible<br />

for the applicability and accuracy <strong>of</strong> the plans and specifications<br />
